The Hollon HS-530WD is built for the worst day. It is fire rated for 2 hours at 1,850 degrees F external temperature, 100 percent more fireproof than the average home safe, and its thick walls and door hold the interior near 350 degrees F, low enough to protect paper documents. A grooved door seal blocks water from a firefighter's hose and sprinklers. The door opens with a dial lock and key used together and is secured by two active round locking bolts and fixed hinge-side bolts. Inside is a removable shelf and 1.22 cubic feet of space. An anchoring hole and the included bolting hardware allow installation to a concrete floor or wall. Please note that safes ship with a lead time and are delivered curbside; the driver does not assist with placement or installation.
